As you know I'm on a Journey to be healthier and fit (I've Been Waiting On You), so I look forward to sharing this giveaway. Sure it would be great to be perfect at meal planning, but let be honest life can throw you a curveball and keep us busy, so what are we to do?
Sure there is fast food, junk food, or one of my favorites cereal (lol) or we can keep a few quick healthier options on hand in our freezer.
With the vast range of frozen meals this can be daunting and OMG the amounts of sugar, sodium, unpronounceable ingredients and lack of healthy items like protein is crazy for some of these meals, so I was happy to learn there are some great options out there and Good Food Made Simple seems to be one of them, many of their options have low sugar, great protein, just check out their meals on their website below and did you know that Good Food Made Simple can be found at Target?
