Meatless Meals #12

Hi everyone,

I hope you all had a great weekend and are not on sugar overload from Halloween. It's funny this time of the year, as you can always tell Haloween is near or just happened as many business have that all too familiar dish with Halloween candy and even your local take-out throws a few pieces in your order, lol 🍭🍬🍫

So here are some of the meatless meal ideas I found this week and I'm so looking forwarding to trying! Sure I have my favorite go-to's but I'm always looking to try new recipes! How about you? Do you have your favorite go-to meals or are you often looking for new ideas or own several cookbooks?

Thank you for stopping by today, take care and have a wonderful week,

Missy ❤️️

Meatless Meal Ideas #11

Hi everyone,

Here are some meatless meal ideas I found this week and look forward to trying, plus don't these look perfect for this Fall?

Speaking of Fall, is anyone else feeling like we are bypassing Fall and heading straight into Winter in your area?

Though we sometimes have rain on Halloween, we might just get snow this year for it.

And speaking of Halloween, wow is it me or are stores getting ready for Christmas earlier and earlier? It's not even Halloween, Veteran's day or Thanksgiving yet and I am seeing Christmas decor in many of the stores for well over a month now!

Do you enjoy or have any Fall traditions? What do you love about Fall?

For me, I love the change of seasons, for Fall the beautiful colors of the leaves, Fall Decor, the spicy smells in the kitchen, Pumpkin Bread, Pumpkin Spice Lattes (homemade), Soups, Slow Cooking, Family Movies, Scary Movies, and Cider Donuts! lol (Sorry, I know it's more than one, lol)

Sorry to make this so freaking long, I'm still running on little sleep 😴 and caffeine ☕️.

Thank you for stopping by today, blessings,

Missy ❤️️

Meatless Meal Ideas #10

Hi there,

I know it has been a while since I have done one of these posts, but I do hope to make these a regular Monday post, as I am starting to get a routine now with my paralyzed fur family member (more on that on a previous post and I'll post an update soon on her as well)

Many of you know I am a rescue mom 🐾 that is Flexitarian, though I do eat primarily Vegetarian so today though I am not sharing any of my personal recipes as I had often done in the past I am sharing some amazing meatless ideas, that I've come across online from some of my favorite sites as well as many I've tried.

Do you do meatless Mondays or are trying to eat more vegetables?  Maybe flexitarian, vegetarian or vegan?  If so where do you find some of your meal ideas?  Do you have a favorite site for meatless meals?

I hope you enjoy and thank you for stopping by today,

Missy❤️️

One of my favorite go-to sites for meatless meals is The Flexitarian

Cranberry Baked Oatmeal Cups

Lime and Coriander Brown Rice Salad

Jerusalem Artichoke Leek and Mushroom Pie

Coconut Tapioca Pudding (Vegan)

Some pins saved to one of my Pinterest boards, many of these tasty meals I've tried and are easy to make additions or even slight modifications to in order to make it more to your own tastes:

Vegan Sweet Potato Hash  from Running on Real Food

Guacamole and Egg Breakfast Bowl from the Kitchen Sanctuary

Asparagus and Mushroom Vegan Quiche   from Emilie Eats  (another great resource for Vegan meal ideas)

Very tasty and a favorite of mine Vegan Roasted Garlic Mushroom Barley Stew  from Rabbit and Wolves (also a great site for amazing Vegan recipes)

Healthy Veggie Pot Pies  from Choosing Chia
